Every paid order is sent the moment it is placed. The order page shows the Xero invoice number, status and payment, checked back against Xero.

When an order is paid, Syncible builds the Xero invoice from what WooCommerce recorded: each line item at the price charged, the discount, the shipping line, and the VAT as it was calculated at checkout. It finds the customer in Xero or creates them once, records the payment against the invoice, and marks it paid.
Then it goes back to Xero and checks the invoice is really there. The order page in WooCommerce shows the Xero invoice number, its status, and when it was last verified. If anything was rejected, you see why, in plain words, with a Retry button.

Refund an order in WooCommerce, in full or in part, and Xero gets a credit note against the original invoice. Your sales figures stay right without anyone opening Xero.
Before creating anything, Syncible looks for the customer in Xero by the details on the order. Existing contacts are reused, so your contact list stays clean and your customer history stays in one place.
Tell Syncible which Xero account and VAT rate to use for sales, shipping and discounts, and which account each payment gateway pays into. Every order after that follows the rules, so your VAT return picks up the right figures without tidying.
If Xero rejects an order, you see why in words a shop owner understands, not an API error. Fix the cause, press Retry. Every invoice is also checked back against Xero after it is sent, so "synced" means it is really there.
Xero is the master for stock. Adjust a quantity there and the shop follows within the hour, so what you count in Xero is what the shop sells. On Growth, Xero also becomes the master for product names, prices and descriptions, and every order posts a cost of goods bill to Xero using the cost prices you hold there.
Most ecommerce tools send Xero a daily or weekly summary of what your payment provider paid out. That balances the bank, but it leaves you with a Xero that cannot tell you what a customer bought, what was refunded, or which order a VAT figure came from.
Syncible books each order as its own invoice, with the customer attached and every line on it. It is the way an accountant would enter it by hand, done the moment it happens.
If you only ever need the bank to balance, say a marketplace where you never hold the customer, a payout tool may suit you better and we will say so.
